Description
The amendment aligns Charter language of Imagine School at North Port with the language in the Charter of Imagine School at Palmer Ranch. This language specifies certain Board expectations of the Charter Schools in relation to Imagine Schools non-profit.
Recommendation
That the Amendment to the Charter between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the Imagine School at Sarasota LLC, dba the Imagine School at North Port be approved as submitted.
